As a truly global network, WCA First offers its members top-quality partners the world over - more than member offices in -plus countries in a non-exclusive network offers you the choice to find the ideal match for any client or shipment. No matter where you need to send a shipment, you’ll find the right agent you can rely on. WCA works tirelessly to help members to identify the right partners/agents. Our senior staff have vast experience and will aid members to make long-standing relationships that truly work.

Financial Protection program
WCAworld offers a security structure covering each member under the Gold Medallion Financial Protection Program in case of non-payment from another WCA member for up to US$100,000 within each network and US$50,000 across other WCA networks. This security structure provides a safety net and permits all members to work with each other in peace of mind and complete financial security.

Member-to-member payments program
Partner Pay is an innovative payment program, developed exclusively for WCAworld members, that enables companies to transfer payments to other members online, in real time, with no banking fees. Every WCA member can use Partner Pay, there is no ‘sign-up’ fee and the system is completely confidential and secure.

Annual Conference
WCA First’s Annual Conference is a members-only networking forum where the network’s freight forwarders from around the world gather to find new partners, cement relationships and build new business and tradelanes. Using the acclaimed One-on-One meeting scheduler, delegates make pre-arranged appointments with their potential partners/agents from specific cities before they even leave their office. This is where you can meet a world of forwarders in one room, saving you thousands of dollars in travelling cost alone.

Accreditation
WCA First carefully examines every application for membership, usually with a visit from senior network staff, for financial strength and experience. Every member must sign and adhere to a simple but strictly enforced Code of Ethics which forbids members from backselling or seeking competitive bids from other members in the same market.

Regional offices and qualified full-time staff
WCAworld operates regional service centers worldwide with fully-staffed offices in Amsterdam, Bangkok, Istanbul, Miami, Mumbai, Nairobi and Shanghai. There are more than 90 full-time experienced staff to service members in all time zones. All senior staff have extensive backgrounds in forwarding and networking.

All World Shipping’s US FMC and China MoC-approved Bill of Lading
WCA First members are automatically entitled to become authorised agents of the All World Shipping NVOCC, giving access to an FMC-licensed Ocean Bill of Lading and use of the Automated Manifest System (AMS) for exports to the US. All World Shipping is also a Ministry of Commerce-approved legal Bill of Lading for China.

News broadcasts
With regular broadcasts of news and updated rosters, members are kept informed of new events or new regulations at all times and also possess the most up-to-date contact information on fellow WCAworld members.

WCAworld Risk Management program
This program, developed exclusively for WCAworld members, provides security and financial protection by offering reliable and comprehensive solutions. This includes the lowest cost insurance programs from AAA-rated underwriters
